Spacious and elegant, the villa is perfectly suited to large families or groups of friends, offering a relaxed setting in the heart of authentic Provence.
Food and wine are at the heart of life here. The estate’s Chardonnay grapes produce a premium vintage, often included in the welcome hamper.
In season, guests can pick fresh herbs from the garden, while cherry, fig and pear trees provide fruit for the homemade jams also produced at the Mas.
Truffles grow on the property, and truffle hunting with a local dog can be arranged in autumn and winter.
Local markets, held daily in nearby villages, offer endless opportunities to sample regional produce.
If you fancy a night off cooking a private chef can be arranged to prepare local dishes at the Mas, and we are happy to organise restaurant bookings, Provençal cooking lessons, or wine tours.
The main house accommodates up to 10 guests, across five bedrooms, set over three floors.
Across the courtyard, a self-contained cottage provides an additional double bedroom, a small lounge with kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with bath, and a private terrace. This is available for two additional guests.

The ground floor of Mas de Michel includes the main living spaces: kitchen, dining room, lounge and study.
The first floor features three en-suite double bedrooms.
On the lower ground floor, a separate suite offers a double bedroom and a twin room, two bathrooms, and a cosy lounge with extensive collection of books, connecting the spaces.
Alongside the formal dining room, several outdoor terraces invite relaxed al fresco dining. The main terrace, just off the kitchen, enjoys sweeping views over the estate, while a second terrace by the pool is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Others offer quieter spots for breakfast in the morning sun.
The heated saltwater swimming pool (up to 24°C), measuring 12 x 6 metres, includes a shallow paddling area ideal for young children. It is gated and covered for added peace of mind.
Guests can unwind in the rose-scented gardens, drifting between pool, shade and sunshine, perhaps with a good book and a glass of the estate’s wine.
With views stretching towards the Luberon forest, the Mas gently draws you into a slower, more relaxed rhythm of life.
Families are well catered for, with two cots and two high chairs available on request. Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Pool Details
Salt water swimming pool 12 m x 6 m is heated to 24 degrees Celsius May to September (other months pool can be heated for €250 per week). The pool is set within a gated area, with a cover to pull over for safety

Location Details
Nearby Bonnieux (7 km), one of the prettiest villages in the Luberon, where you will find plenty of small shops, bakeries, small supermarket, pharmacy and banks. There is a weekly local market, the perfect place to stroll around, and have a drink in one of the many cafes or enjoy a meal in one of a multitude of restaurants. Perched on a high ridge, the village offers stunning views over the plains to Mont Ventoux and the villages of Lacoste, Gordes and Roussillon where you will find more excellent restaurants.
Slightly further afield but still only a relatively short 1 hour drive are Avignon or Aix en Provence, both of which make wonderful day trips.
Beach Details
The nearest beaches are 1 hour 15 minutes away. Saint-Tropez, Cannes and Nice are all within 2 hours 30 minutes drive.

Villa rates include the following:
The main house features 5 comfortable bedrooms for 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests can stay in the cottage, across the courtyard from the main house. Both are rented on an exclusive basis.
Welcome hamper of local produce including a complementary bottle of the Mas de Michel chardonnay (or alternative if already quaffed as it is a limited batch!).
Cleaning service three times a week for 3 hours and end of stay cleaning are included. Additional cleaning can be added for €35/per hour.
Bedding, towels and toiletries are provided.
If the villa is rented for more than week a change of bedding and towels will be provided.
Utilities, internet, pool and garden maintenance.
A 10% discount will be applied on week 2 or more. In low season we can be more flexible with length of stays, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
A security deposit of €1,500 will be collected at the same time as the final booking payment, 30 days before arrival. This will be returned 7 days after departure pending any damages.
